Ingredients:
1 lb. Shrimp
¼ c. Heavy Cream
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
¼ c. crushed Chives
4 tbsps. Butter
1 medium sliced tomato
¼ c. Coconut water
Salt
Pepper
Pecans
Directions:
1- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
2- Place shrimp in pan and sauté for one minute.
3- Take off burner and pour in Coconut water and add back to burner.
4- Allow to cook for a few minutes while tossing then remove the shrimp and set aside.
5- Place heavy cream and tomatoes in a saucepan, bring the heat to a medium until thickened, pour in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
6- Drop the shrimp back into the mixture and warm in sauce. Plate and sprinkle chives and pecans.
