2 tbsps.sliced strawberries
2 tbsps.blueberries
2 tbsps.crushed pineapple
Directions:
1- Cut English muffin in half and toast halves until slightly browned.
2- Coat both halves with cream cheese.
3- Arrange fruits atop cream cheese on muffin halves.
4- Serve soon after prepared.
5- Any leftovers refrigerate within 2 hours.
